Quick meal - beans~ corn & tomatoes

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 each Beans (cooked Great Northern
Beans, garbonzo, what-
Ever you like)
1 each Corn
1 each Tomatoes (I like stewed)
1 each Garlic, cayenne pepper, and
Other spices, to taste

Directions

Just mix all of these ingredients together, adjusting the amounts (using more beans, corn, spices, etc., to taste). Heat & eat! :) ~Enjoy~
