Rhubarb punch for a crowd

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
12 pounds Rhubarb
9 quarts Water
7 cups Sugar
2 eaches 6oz cans concentrated orange juice
6 cans Concentrated lemon juice
Few grains salt
1 quart Ginger ale

Directions

SERVES 50

Cut rhubarb into small pieces. Cook in the 9 quarts of water until fruit is soft. Squeeze through double thickness of cheesecloth.

Discard any pulp remaining. In large saucepan, add the rhubarb juice, and sugar. Heat to boiling point. Add the remaining fruit juices and salt. Chill.
