Rice meatballs

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Minute Rice
1 pounds Ground beef
1 Egg, slightly beaten
2 teaspoons Grated onion
2 teaspoons Salt
teaspoon Marjoram
Dash of pepper
cup Tomato juice
½ teaspoon Sugar

Directions

Combine rice with beef, egg, onion, salt, marjoram, pepper, ½ c tomato juice. Mix. Shape into 18 balls and put in a skillet. Add sugar to remaining 2 cups of tomato juice. Pour juice over meatballs in the skillet. Brin mix to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered 15 minutes. Baste occasionally. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 03-20-95
