Ricotta dip for summer fruits

15 ounces Fat-free ricotta cheese
2 tablespoons Sugar
teaspoon Vanilla extract
teaspoon Grated orange peel
¾ teaspoon Ground cinnamon

Directions

A lightened recipe for the traditional filling for cannoli, the classic Sicilian sweet pastry. This dip is delicious on fresh fruit such as melon spears, peach wedges, strawberries and grapes. Combine all ingredients in processor and puree until very smooth. Transfer to bowl. (Can be prepared 6 hours ahead. Cover and refrigerate.)
