Rock's raspberry rib glaze

Ingredients

1½ | cup | Red or black raspberry preserves or jam; seedless, |
DO NOT USE JELLY*** | ||
2 | tablespoons | Red raspberry vinegar |
2 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |
1 | teaspoon | Lemon zest |
1 | teaspoon | Worcestershire sauce |
1 | teaspoon | Dijon mustard |
¼ | teaspoon | Ground mace |
Directions
Scoop the raspberry preserves into a small stainless steel or flame proof ceramic saucepan and blend in the vinegar, lemon juice and zest, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and mace. Heat to boiling, the simmer gently for 5 minutes. Serve hot or cold. Makes about 2 cups.
