1 | each | Medium onion, diced |
2 | eaches | Cloves of garlic, crushed |
2 | eaches | Medium tomatoes, seed, chop |
2 | eaches | Jalopenos, seeded, chopped |
1 | teaspoon | Dried oregano |
¼ | teaspoon | Cummin |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
¼ | teaspoon | Black pepper |
Directions
In a microwave safe dish, combine olive oil, onion, jalopenos, garlic, tomatoes, oregano, cumin, salt and pepper. Stir to mix well. Cover with wax paper. Place in microwave, on high, for 4 minutes. Stir after 2 minutes.
