Salsa de chile chipotle

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 each onion, finely chopped
1 each clove garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons oil
2 eaches tomatoes
½ teaspoon oregano
1 dash salt, pepper
½ teaspoon sugar
1 each Canned chipotle to taste

Directions

Tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped. Canned chipotle to taste, chopped.

Saute onion and garlic until tender but not brown. Add the rest and cook gently 15 minutes. Makes 2 cups.
