Salsa de chiles chipotles

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 mediums Tomatillos, fresh; husked and washed
2 Cloves garlic; unpeeled
3 Chiles chipotles in adobe sauce; seeded
¼ teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Water
2 teaspoons Adobe sauce from chiles; optional

Directions

Roast the tomatillos until blackened and soft. Roast the garlic until soft, then peel and chop. Place all the ingredients in a blender and puree. If smokier flavored is desired, add a teaspoon or two of the sauce from the chiles chipotle
