Sauce for fruit salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pack (3-oz) cream cheese; softened
2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
5 ounces Pineapple; apricot or peach preserves
1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon Sherry
¼ teaspoon Curry powder
½ cup Whipping cream; whipped
Fresh fruit

Directions

Blend cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth by mixing with a spoon. Stir in preserves, lemon juice, sherry and curry. Chill until just before serving. (Up to 1 hour before serving can add whipping cream.) Stir in whipped cream and keep refrigerated until served. Serve with fresh fruit salad. Yield: 1-½ cups.
