Saucy pepper steak and wild rice

Ingredients

2 | tablespoons | Vegetable oil |
¾ | pounds | Beef top sirloin steak; cut in thin strips |
½ | teaspoon | Garlic salt |
⅛ | teaspoon | Cayenne |
1¾ | cup | Water |
1 | pack | (5-oz) Uncle Ben's long grain & wild rice beef stock sauce with vegetables |
½ | medium | Green pepper; cut into thin strips |
1 | small | Tomato; coarsely chopped |
Directions
Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over high heat. Add beef; sprinkle with garlic salt and cayenne. Cook, stirring, until lightly browned. Remove from skillet. Set aside. Pour any excess fat from skillet. Add water and contents of seasoning packets to skillet; stir. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in reserved beef and green pepper.
Sprinkle tomato over top. Cover and let stand 5 minutes, or until desired consistency. Stir before serving.
