Sauteed lemon catfish

7 ounces Catfish Fillet
3 tablespoons Butter
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Minced Fresh Parsley
3 Thin Slices Lemon
2 Broccoli Florets; ( Blanched)

Directions

Saute catfish in 1 tablespoon butter for 2-3 minutes on each side. When you flip the fish to cook the second side add all ingredients except for butter and broccoli. When fish becomes flaky, remove from pan to serving plate.

Add remaining ingredients to pan and cook until broccoli is hotbsp. Pour over fish and serve.
