Savory cheese-tomato bread

½ cup Heavy cream
2 tablespoons Olive oil
2 larges Eggs
½ cup Sun dried tomatoes slices; reconstituted
¼ cup Scallions; finely chopped
2 Cloves garlic; minced
¾ cup Parmesan cheese or; grated
¾ cup Romano cheese; grated
2 cups All-purpose flour; unbleached
¾ teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Active dry yeast
¾ cup Heavy cream
3 tablespoons Olive oil
3 larges Eggs
¾ cup Sun-dried tomato slices; reconstituted
½ cup Scallions; finely chopped
3 Cloves garlic; minced
1 cup Parmesan cheese or; grated
1 cup Romano cheese; grated
cup All-purpose flour; unbleached
teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Active dry yeast

Directions

FOR 1 SMALL LOAF

FOR 1 LARGE LOAF

Pour all wet ingredients into bread machine baking pan. Measure all other ingredients except yeast into baking pan. Sprinkle yeast over dry ingredients, being careful not to get yeast wet. Use rapid bake cycle on your machine for this loaf.
