Savory grilled halibut

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 Cloves garlic, minced salt and pepper to taste
1 Lemon, juiced
½ cup Olive oil
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
4 Halibut steaks
¼ cup Chopped parsley

Directions

Preheat broiler. Mix garlic, salt, pepper, half the lemon juice, olive oil, and soy sauce; brush both sides of fish. Place fish on preheated broiler pan; broil on each side 4-5 minutes until fish tests done with fork. Sprinkle with remaining lemon juice and parsley before serving.
