Peppery halibut

½ | teaspoon | Lemon pepper seasoning |
½ | teaspoon | Dried parsley flakes |
⅛ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
½ | pounds | Halibut steak, 3/4\" thick |
2 | teaspoons | Olive oil |
2 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |
⅛ | teaspoon | White pepper |
⅛ | teaspoon | Hot pepper sauce |
Directions
In pie pan or shallow dish, combine flour, lemon pepper seasoning, parsley and garlic powder; mix well. Rinse halibut and pat dry. Cut steak in half. Coat both sides of esch steak half with flour mixture, shaking off excess. Heat oil in small nonstick skillet over medium high heat until hot. Brown steak halves 1-2 minutes on each side.
Reduce heat to medium; cook 5-7 minutes, turning once, or until halibut is firm and flakes easily with fork. Meanwhile, in small bowl combine lemon juice, pepper and hot pepper sauce; mix well. to serve, drizzle lemon juice mixture over halibut.
