Savory lukshen kygel

12 | ounces | Medium or wide egg noodles (not the curly type) |
4 | Eggs | |
1 | large | Onion |
2 | tablespoons | Oil |
Salt and pepper to taste | ||
Gribenes, optional |
Directions
Cook the noodles and drain. Fry the onion in the oil till lightly browned.
Mix everything together. Put into an oiled baking dish, and bake at 375F till browned.
