Savory lukshen kygel

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
12 ounces Medium or wide egg noodles (not the curly type)
4 Eggs
1 large Onion
2 tablespoons Oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Gribenes, optional

Directions

Cook the noodles and drain. Fry the onion in the oil till lightly browned.

Mix everything together. Put into an oiled baking dish, and bake at 375F till browned.
