Liver and lukshen kugel

½ | pounds | Liver; cooked and ground |
5 | Eggs | |
1 | large | Onion; grated |
½ | pounds | Pareve margarine; melted |
Salt and pepper to taste |

Mix all - put in greased pan and bake one hour at 350 degrees. I remember this being baked in a round pyrex dish and cut like a deep dish pie; I am sure a square or rectangular pan would work as well. Since I have never made it, I don't have a clue as to how large a pan you would need.
