Savory yogurt topping
1 Servings
Ingredients
Quantity | Ingredient | |
---|---|---|
¾ | cup | Strained nonfat plain yogurt |
1 | tablespoon | Fresh parsley, minced |
1 | tablespoon | Fresh chives, minced |
½ | teaspoon | Maple syrup, pure |
⅛ | teaspoon | Ground black pepper |
1 | tablespoon | White wine, optional |
Directions
Gently blend all ingredients together. The maple syrup does not make this sweet; it simply takes off the sharp bite of the yogurt.
CAUTION: If you overstir strained yogurt, it will become thin.
