Scalloped rhubarb^

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 cups Soft bread crumbs
¼ cup Butter, melted
4 cups Rhubarb, in one inch pieces
2 cups Sugar
Little cinnamon
Few lemon rind gratings
Few orange rind gratings

Directions

Fill a buttered baking dish, in layers, in order given. Cover tightly and bake in a moderate oven about 30 minutes. You might want to serve this with some whipped cream or maybe just some regular cream to moisten it up a bit.
