4 | cups | Rhubarb, in one inch pieces |
2 | cups | Sugar |
Little cinnamon | ||
Few lemon rind gratings | ||
Few orange rind gratings |
Directions
Fill a buttered baking dish, in layers, in order given. Cover tightly and bake in a moderate oven about 30 minutes. You might want to serve this with some whipped cream or maybe just some regular cream to moisten it up a bit.
