Schloss sauce

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Sour cream
3 Egg yolks
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
½ teaspoon Dry mustard
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ teaspoon Salt

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly. Do NOT boil. Serve warm.

Makes 1⅓ cups.
