1 cup Butter or margarine
½ teaspoon Tarragon
3 eaches Cloves garlic, chopped
½ teaspoon Rosemary
½ teaspoon Thyme
½ cup Lemon Juice
Salt and Pepper to taste

Simmer butter, lemon juice and all spices in pan on stove for a few minutes. Make packages in doubled heavy duty tin foil. Put in fillet, clams, a half a lobster tail, shrimp, scallops, anything will do but a mix is best. Divide the Butter sauce among the packages and seal the foil well. Cook on the grill, sealed side first for 10 min. then turn over & when it starts steaming well it is done. Can be done in the oven.
