Serrano rum

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Bottle (750-ml) good dark rum (up to)
3 Cinamon sticks
1 Vanilla been split lengthwise
3 Whole cloves (up to)
8 Serrano peppers cut lengthwise and seeded

Directions

Put all the ingredients in the bottle of rum, you may have to remove some to make room for the solids. Let steep a minimum of one week. The flavor improves with age, and it keeps for months. ROBERT F PARZICK <FSRFP@...>
