Sesame zucchini 'n' eggs

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 Eggs
1 tablespoon Water
¼ teaspoon Each basil leaves and salt
½ teaspoon Each thyme leaves and pepper
2 teaspoons Margarine
¼ cup Diced onion
1 cup Sliced zucchini; ( 1/4-inch-thick slices)
2 teaspoons Sesame seed; lightly toasted

Directions

In small bowl combine eggs, water, and sea-sonings; set aside. In 9-inch skillet heat mar-garine over medium heat until bubbly and hot; add onion and sauté' until translucent, about 2 minutes. Add zucchini and continue to sauté', stirring frequently, until zucchini is fork-tender. Add egg mixture and sesame seed and cook, stirring frequently, until eggs are set, about 2 minutes.
