Sesame zucchini 'n' eggs

¼ | teaspoon | Each basil leaves and salt |
½ | teaspoon | Each thyme leaves and pepper |
2 | teaspoons | Margarine |
¼ | cup | Diced onion |
1 | cup | Sliced zucchini; ( 1/4-inch-thick slices) |
2 | teaspoons | Sesame seed; lightly toasted |
Directions
In small bowl combine eggs, water, and sea-sonings; set aside. In 9-inch skillet heat mar-garine over medium heat until bubbly and hot; add onion and sauté' until translucent, about 2 minutes. Add zucchini and continue to sauté', stirring frequently, until zucchini is fork-tender. Add egg mixture and sesame seed and cook, stirring frequently, until eggs are set, about 2 minutes.
