Sesame-seed bass fillets

2 | pounds | Bass fillets |
½ | cup | Butter; melted |
1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
¼ | teaspoon | Dried parsley flakes |
1 | tablespoon | Sesame seed |
Directions
1. Lightly grease the unheated rack of the broiler pan; arrange the fillets atop the rack.
2. In a bowl, combine melted butter, lemon juice, and parsley. Brush fillets with mixture. Broil fillets 4 inches from heat for 4 minutes.
3. Turn fillets and brush with more butter mixture. Broil for about 5 minutes more or till the fish flakes with a fork. Sprinkle with sesame seed.
Makes 4 to 6 servings
