Shredded chicken sesame

Sesame Garlic Dressing: | ||
1 | teaspoon | Sugar |
½ | teaspoon | MSG (opt) |
2 | tablespoons | Light soy sauce |
2½ | tablespoon | Sesame paste or tahini |
1 | tablespoon | Sesame oil |
1 | tablespoon | Cider vinegar |
1 | tablespoon | Chopped green onion |
½ | teaspoon | Grated fresh ginger |
2 | Cloves garlic, crushed | |
¼ | tablespoon | Chinese hot pepper oil to taste |
Directions
Place the shredded chicken in a bowl. Mix the remaining ingredients together to form a salad dressing. Toss with the chicken and arrange on a platter. Garnish with more chopped green onions, if desired.
