Shrimp dijonnaise

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¾ pounds Unpeeled large fresh shrimp
½ cup Lemon juice
¼ cup Butter or margarine, melted
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
8 Garlic cloves, minced

Directions

Peel and devein shrimp, leaving tails intact. Combine lemon juice and remaining ingredients in a shallow dish; add shrimp, stirring well.

Cover and chill 4 hours.

Place shrimp on a greased rack of a broiler pan. Broil 5½ inches from heat (with electric oven door partially open) 4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
