Shrimp in blueberry sauce

Quantity Ingredient
pounds Peeled & deveined shrimp
1 Recipe COURT BOUILLON
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
¾ cup Sugar
1 cup Water
2 cups Blueberries

Directions

Cook shrimp in bouillon. Drain & chill. Blend cornstarch, salt, lemon juice & sugar in water. Bring to boil. Add blueberries & simmer 10 minutes. Chill. Pour sauce in dish & arrange shrimp on top.
