Simple sausage supper

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Fully Cooked Sausage; 1 1/2\" To 2\" Chunks
6 smalls New Red Potatoes; Unpeeled, Quartered
1 small Onion; 8 Wedges
1 can (14 1/2 Oz) Stewed Tomatoes; Undrained
½ teaspoon Creole Seasoning
¼ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Minced Garlic
1 pack (16 Oz) Shredded Cabbage (Or Cut Your Own)

Directions

In large skillet, combine all ingredients and mix well. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook for 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
