Skillet bbq chicken and rice

1 pounds Boneless skinless chicken breasts; cut into strips
2 tablespoons Mazola corn oil
cup Kraft BBQ Sauce
1 cup Water
1 can (11 oz) Green Giant Whole Kernel Corn; drained
1 small Green pepper; chopped
2 cups Minute Original Rice; uncooked

Directions

Brown chicken in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Stir in BBQ Sauce, water, corn and pepper; bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir. Makes 4 servings.
