Turkey bean patties with mustard sauce

Ingredients

15½ | ounce | Can great northern beans, drained and rinsed |
½ | pounds | Lean ground turkey |
½ | cup | Soft bread crumbs |
½ | cup | Shredded carrots |
½ | teaspoon | Dried dill weed |
1 | teaspoon | Oil |
¼ | cup | Fat free sour cream |
1 | tablespoon | Dijon mustard |
Directions
In medium bowl, lightly mash ¾ cup of the beans with a fork. Add remaining beans, turkey, bread crumbs, carrot, and dill; mix well.
Shape into 6½" thick patties. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet until hot. cook patties 10-15 minutes or until no longer pink, turning once during cooking. In small bowl, combine sour cream and mustard; blend well. Serve sauce with patties.
