1 can (16oz) pear halves, drained
And chopped
½ teaspoon Grated lemon peel, if

1 cup Crushed gingersnap cookies,
(about 14)
1 tablespoon Melted butter or margarine

Directions

Heat oven to 375F. Combine peaches, pears and lemon peel; mix well.

divide among 6 (6oz) custard cups.

combine cookies and butter; mix well. Sprinkle over fruit. Bake 12-15 minutes or until hot and bubbly. 6 (½ cup) servings.
