Spaghetti with chicken and walnut or mushroom sauce

1 | bunch | Salad onions; sliced |
1 | Clove garlic; crushed | |
250 | grams | Cooked chicken; sliced (8oz) |
2 | Tubs fresh walnut or mushroom sauce | |
4 | tablespoons | Half fat crme frâiche |
Salt and freshly ground black pepper | ||
1 | 500 gram bag fresh spaghetti | |
Fresh basil sprigs to garnish |
Directions
Heat the oil in a large frying pan, add the onions and cook for 1 minute.
Stir in the garlic and chicken, cook for a further minute.
Add the walnut or mushroom sauce and crme frâiche and cook gently for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season to taste.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta following pack instructions, drain lightly and toss with the sauce.
Serve immediately garnished with the basil sprigs.
