Spaghetti with chicken and walnut or mushroom sauce

1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 bunch Salad onions; sliced
1 Clove garlic; crushed
250 grams Cooked chicken; sliced (8oz)
2 Tubs fresh walnut or mushroom sauce
4 tablespoons Half fat crŠme frâiche
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 500 gram bag fresh spaghetti
Fresh basil sprigs to garnish

Directions

Heat the oil in a large frying pan, add the onions and cook for 1 minute.

Stir in the garlic and chicken, cook for a further minute.

Add the walnut or mushroom sauce and crŠme frâiche and cook gently for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season to taste.

Meanwhile, cook the pasta following pack instructions, drain lightly and toss with the sauce.

Serve immediately garnished with the basil sprigs.
