Spanish baked fish

Ingredients

1 | large | Fish |
1 | Sweet pepper | |
1 | Clove (large) garlic | |
1 | Onion | |
4 | tablespoons | Salad or olive oil |
1 | tablespoon | Vinegar |
1 | Bay leaf | |
1 | teaspoon | Oregano |
Salt; pepper and paprika to taste |
Directions
Clean and score fish. Place in baking pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cut sweet pepper and garlic fine and spread over top of fish. Slice onion in rings and lay on fish. Mix oil and vinegar and pour over all.
Place bay leaf in center and crush oregano over entire surface of fish.
Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until tender.
