1 each Onion, chopped
2 tablespoons Cooking oil
2 cups Cooked dried Lima beans
1 each Green pepper, chopped
2 cups Strained cooked tomatoes 1/2 tsp Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
1 cup Grated American cheese
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions

DIRECTIONS

Saute onion and pepper in oil. Add tomatoes and simmer 10 minutes.

Add beans and seasonings and cook 20 minutes. Place beans and cheese in a greased casserole and bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
