Spicy apple slaw

½ cup Yogurt
2 tablespoons Orange Juice
2 tablespoons Sugar
½ teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
2 cups Rome Apples; Coarsely Chopped
cup Shredded Cabbage
1 cup Shredded Red Cabbage
1 medium Granny Smith Apple; Coarsely Chopped
2 tablespoons Chopped Walnuts; Optional
1 tablespoon Dried Currants

Directions

DRESSING

SLAW

Stir dressing ingredients until sugar is dissolved; set aside.

Combine slaw ingredients; toss with dressing. Chill 30 minutes before serving.
