Fresh apple slaw

Ingredients

1 cup Light Sour Cream
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
2 tablespoons Cider Vinegar
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
1 cup Celery; sliced
2 cups Cabbage; shredded
1 cup Carrots; shredded
2 larges Apples; cored and chopped
cup Raisins
cup Salted Peanuts; chopped

Directions

Combine sour cream with lemon juice, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and mustard. Combine celery, cabbage, carrots, apples, raisins and peanuts. Add dressing; toss to mix.
