Steak and onion pizza

Ingredients

1 teaspoon Vegetable oil
¾ pounds Flank stead
¾ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper
1 Red onion -- cut 1/2\"
Wedges
½ cup Green onions -- sliced
2 teaspoons Fresh tarragon -- minced or
1 tablespoon Fresh parsley -- minced mix
W/
½ teaspoon Dried tarragon -- crumbled
1 12\" pizza crust
1 cup Fontina cheese -- diced

Directions

Preheat oven to 450~. Heat oil over high heat. Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper. Cook 1 minutes per side. Slice thin. Add onion to skillet; cook 2 minutes. Transfer onion to bowl with green onions and tarragon. Arrange evenly on crust. Top with cheese. Bake 10 minutes.
