1 | can | Apricot or peach preserves (12 oz) |
½ | cup | Water |
1 | Flank steak, cut into thin strips (about 2 pounds) | |
2 | mediums | Green, red and/or yellow bell peppers, sliced |
Hot cooked rice |
Directions
In small bowl, combine onion soup mix, preserves and water; set aside. In bottom of broiling pan, arrange steak and peppers; top with soup mixture. Broil, turning once, until steak is done. Serve over hot rice. Submitted By MICHAEL ORCHEKOWSKI On 08-12-95
