Golden glazed flank steak

1 pack Lipton Recipe Secrets Onion Soup Mix
1 can Apricot or peach preserves (12 oz)
½ cup Water
1 Flank steak, cut into thin strips (about 2 pounds)
2 mediums Green, red and/or yellow bell peppers, sliced
Hot cooked rice

Directions

In small bowl, combine onion soup mix, preserves and water; set aside. In bottom of broiling pan, arrange steak and peppers; top with soup mixture. Broil, turning once, until steak is done. Serve over hot rice. Submitted By MICHAEL ORCHEKOWSKI On 08-12-95
