Stir fry snow peas and red pepper^

Ingredients

1 clove Garlic, minced
3 tablespoons Chicken stock
1 can (8oz) bamboo shoots,
Drained
1 can (8oz) sliced water
Chestnuts
½ pounds Sliced mushrooms
1 Sweet red pepper, julienned
3 Green onions, diced
¾ pounds Snow peas
SAUCE
1 tablespoon Low sodium soy sauce
2 teaspoons Cornstarch
2 tablespoons Cold water
1 tablespoon Dry sherry
1 tablespoon Apple juice concentrate

Directions

Soften garlic in wok in chicken stock. Add remaining veggies and stir fry 3-4 minutes. Combine sauce ingredients; add to veggies and stir until thickened. Eat
