Stir-fried veggie pita

1 Zucchini -- julilenned
1 small Eggplant -- julienned
1 medium Red onion -- julienned
½ teaspoon Cumin
Black pepper
1 cup Non-fat mozzarella --
Shredded

Directions

Stir-fry veggies in oil until tender-crisp. Add cumin and pepper. Stuff into pitas. Add some cheese.
