Stir-fried veggies

Ingredients

1 | tablespoon | Fresh Lime Juice |
1 | tablespoon | Water |
1 | teaspoon | Sugar |
¼ | teaspoon | Ground Pepper |
2 | tablespoons | Vegetable Oil |
1 | Thinly sliced onion | |
3 | Thinly sliced garlic cloves | |
1 | cup | Blanched Broccoli Florets |
1 | can | (15 ozs) Reese baby corn drained |
½ | cup | Bean sprouts |
1 | Jalapeno Chili sliced |
Directions
Blend first four ingredients in small bowl. Heat oil in wok on med. heat.
Add onion and garlic; stir fry until golden. Increase the heat to high, add florets, corn and bean sprouts; stir fry 3 minutes. Add first mixture to vegetables, blend well. Add chili reduce heat to medium and stir fry 2 minutes more. Serve hot. Eat the cobb and all! Source Reese whole spears baby corn on the cob can label Formatted for MM 2/23/97
