Stir-fried veggies

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice
1 tablespoon Water
1 teaspoon Sugar
¼ teaspoon Ground Pepper
2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
1 Thinly sliced onion
3 Thinly sliced garlic cloves
1 cup Blanched Broccoli Florets
1 can (15 ozs) Reese baby corn drained
½ cup Bean sprouts
1 Jalapeno Chili sliced

Directions

Blend first four ingredients in small bowl. Heat oil in wok on med. heat.

Add onion and garlic; stir fry until golden. Increase the heat to high, add florets, corn and bean sprouts; stir fry 3 minutes. Add first mixture to vegetables, blend well. Add chili reduce heat to medium and stir fry 2 minutes more. Serve hot. Eat the cobb and all! Source Reese whole spears baby corn on the cob can label Formatted for MM 2/23/97
