Stir-fry lentils and beans

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¼ cup Sesame oil
½ cup Diced onion
½ cup Diced celery
1 cup Sliced mushrooms
2 cups Cooked AM Red Lentils
1 cup Cooked AM Adzuki beans
½ cup Fresh mung bean sprouts
½ cup Sliced water chestnuts
2 teaspoons Low sodium tamari sauce
½ teaspoon Marjoram
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
¼ teaspoon Onion powder

Directions

Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok and saute the onion, celery and mushrooms until brown. Add the remaining ingredients and cook, stirring until heated through.
