8 Eggs, hard-boiled; shelled
¼ cup Sour cream
2 tablespoons Chives or green onions; chopped
2 tablespoons Dill or parsley, fresh; minced
Salt; to taste
Pepper; to taste
Paprika

Directions

Recipe by: The Eastern European Cookbook-ISBN 0-486-23562-9 Cut eggs into lengthwise halves. Remove yolks and mash. Mix with sour cream, chives or onions, dill, salt and pepper. Stuff egg halves with the mixture and sprinkle with paprika. Chill. Serves 8.
