Super creamy cocoa

Ingredients
| Quantity | Ingredient | |

| ½ | cup | Cocoa |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | can | Sweetened condensed milk |
| 6½ | cup | Water |
Directions
In 3 quart saucepan, combine cocoa and salt. Add condensed milk and mix well. Over medium heat, slowly add water. Heat thoroughly, but Do Not Boil.
I always double this. Put a splash of peppermint schnapps in the bottom of a mug, ladle in hot cocoa and top with whipped cream.
