1 medium Red cabbage -- shredded
cup Water
2 tablespoons Apple juice concentrate
2 Cloves Garlic -- whole
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 tablespoon White wine vinegar
½ teaspoon Ground ginger

Directions

Simmer all ingredients in a deep saucepan, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 35 minutes. Remove garlic cloves and serve hot or cold.
