Sweet and sour chicken salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¾ pounds Boneless skinless chicken breast; cooked and cut into 2 inch cubes
1 cup Celery; diagonally sliced
cup Snow peas; trimmed
cup Red bell pepper; seeded and diced
cup Apples; preferably Gala, unpeeled and diced
2 tablespoons Vinegar; plus 2 teaspoons
2 tablespoons Canola oil; plus 2 teaspoons
1 tablespoon Sugar; plus 1 teaspoon
¾ teaspoon Paprika
¾ teaspoon Celery seed
Salt and pepper; to taste

Directions

Combine all salad ingredients. Whisk together the dressing ingredients.

Pour the dressing over the salad and serve.
