Sweet and spicy bean-macaroni skillet

1 | pounds | Lean ground beef |
¾ | cup | Chopped onion |
1 | can | (28 oz) Bush's Baked Beans |
1 | can | (14 1/2 oz) stewed tomatoes |
⅔ | cup | Elbow macaroni, uncooked |
½ | cup | Water |
1½ | teaspoon | Chili powder |
½ | cup | Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese, optional |
Directions
In large skillet, cook ground beef and onion until meat is browned; drain.
Add beans, tomatoes, macaroni, water, and chili powder; stir well. Bring mixture to a boil. Cover; reduce heat, and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes or until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with cheese before serving, if desired.
Makes 6 servings
