1 | cup | Broccoli; chopped, cooked |
½ | cup | Cottage cheese, low fat |
1 | tablespoon | Sesame seed |
Directions
In a covered saucepan cook sweet potato in ½ c water until almost done. Add chopped broccoli and extra water if needed. Toss cottage cheese and sesame seeds with vegetables until heated through.
