Sweet potatoes and apples~ (low-sodium)

12 ounces Cooked sweet potatoes,
Peeled -- sliced lengthwise
Into thin slices
2 smalls Sweet apples, peeled, halved
Cut into thin
Slices
¼ cup Frozen orange juice
Concentrate -- thawed
¼ cup Water
6 teaspoons Sugar
teaspoon Ground ginger
¼ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
teaspoon Ground nutmeg
1 tablespoon Plus
1 teaspoon Margarine

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Arrange alternate slices of sweet potato and apple in a baking dish that has been sprayed with a nonstick cooking spray. Combine orange juice, water, sugar and spices. Pour mixture evenly over potatoes and apples. Dot with margarine, and bake uncovered 1 hour.
