Sweet sour beef balls

Ingredients

1 pounds Ground beef
1 Egg
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
1 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Onion, finely chopped
Few grains of pepper
1 tablespoon Oil
1 cup Pineapple juice
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
3 tablespoons Vinegar
6 tablespoons Water
½ cup Sugar
4 slices Pineapple
3 larges Green peppers

Directions

Mix beef, egg, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, salt, onion, and pepper.

Form into small balls, 20 or more. Brown them in a small amount of oil. Drain. To 1 tablespoon of oil, add pineapple juice and cook slowly for a few minutes. Add mixture of cornstarch, soy sauce, vinegar, water, and sugar. Cook until it thickens, stirring constantly. Add meat balls, cut up pineapple, and green pepper, cut into strips. Heat thoroughly.
