Tangy sweet-and-sour meatballs

Ingredients

1 pounds Ground Round
¼ cup Minced Onion
2 teaspoons Minced Parsley
1 Minced Clove Garlic
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Oregano
1 Egg White
2 tablespoons Bread Crumbs
1 can (8 oz.) Tomato Sauce
¾ cup Water
2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
4 teaspoons Granulated Sweetener

Directions

MEATBALLS

SAUCE

Combine meatball ingredients and shape into 1-inch balls. Brown in skillet sprayed with no-stick coating, turning to brown evenly. Mix sauce ingredients, except granulated sweetener, and add to meatballs.

Simmer 20 minutes. Remove from heat.

Take meatballs out of sauce and place on serving dish. Stir granulated sweetener into sauce and pour sauce over meatballs. 124 Calories per 3-meatball serving.
